Your Stay
You must be 21 or older to book a room.
Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in and a credit card.
Check-in is after 4pm. If you arrive early, we can hold your bags while you explore the house, or take a stroll around town (we’ll point you in the right direction) until your room is available.
Check out is 11am. Please confirm your payment by 11am the day of your check-out. If you’d like a little bit more time after 11am checkout, we’ll do what we can to accommodate and we’re always more than willing to hold on to your stuff for a few hours at the front desk.
Yes, we have bikes for rent; please see the front desk for more information.
Yes, that can be arranged. The front desk will hold them for you until you’re ready.
Yes, there is free WiFi in all public areas and in guest rooms.
We charge $100 per stay for up to two pets, and an additional $50 for a third pet (three pets maximum per stay). All pets should be under 25 lbs. When we say pet we really mean dog, but just get in touch if you have something stranger or larger and we’ll try to make it work. A pet waiver form must be signed at check-in time.

If the package arrives before you check-in, we’ll hold it for you at the front desk. We are only able to hold packages for 10 days before or after your reservation.
We have two pools. Our Main Pool is the place to swim and swim-dance to DJs on the weekends, while our Commune Pool is geared more towards those in zen mode. Please note that the Commune Pool isn’t always available for public use during private events.
Yes, we have a full fitness center with elliptical machines, treadmill, and free weights.

Unfortunately there is no outside alcohol, but there’s a great selection at the bar.
We have some in our retail shop, and you can also bring your own.
You can buy some things right out of your room, like the vintage vinyl and exclusive wings + horns hoodie robe just by taking them with you — we’ll charge it after you checkout. We have an online shop too, where you can find Ace-made wares and collaborations, and just some things we think are cool.
We also have luxuries and necessities, gift certificates and good stuff — like uka bath products, custom guitar strings, Ace shirts and totes, jewelry and more — for sale at the front desk store and Spa.
We believe safety is a collaborative effort. As such, smoking and vaping are prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas. (Unless your room has a patio, in which case, you’re welcome to smoke outdoors.) Our sensors automatically trigger a $350 charge to your account if they detect smoking or vaping. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this policy. Thanks for your understanding.

Reservations, Modifications & Cancellations
Our modification and cancellation terms vary per rate plan booked. Please refer to the reservation policies while you are making your reservation. These can be found during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation.

Rooms
All rooms are equipped with uka shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a flat-screen TV, radio with input, Pearl+ soap, hairdryer, fully stocked minibar, the best bathrobe, iron, and an in-room safe.
Ace Hotel & Swim Club has many ADA compliant rooms, including Patio Garden Rooms and Patio Fireplace Rooms. Please call our Reservations team or use our website to book one of these rooms.
Our central swimming pool is equipped with an ADA accessible chair lift. We have 7 ADA compliant parking spots, ramps to access walkways and ADA accessible restrooms in public areas and at the Feel Good Spa. Restaurant King’s Highway is ADA accessible and our fire alarms are equipped with both flashing lights and audio alerts.
Poolside Patio:
The poolside patio is a place to relax before or after a dip in the deep pool, to catch some rays or have an open-air mixer with friends. You can order fresh-squeezed cocktails and food from King’s Highway and there’s misters to keep you cool. And the pool is extra deep, ADA accessible via chair lift and stays nice and cool.
King’s Highway:
King’s Highway is the roadside diner at Ace Hotel & Swim Club. Formerly a Denny’s, King’s Highway celebrates the ineffable, bohemian spirit of the wide open West. We’re also the home of Fabulous Bingo on Monday nights, are ADA compliant and the King’s Highway coffee bar serves beans from our friends at La Colombe all day.

King’s Highway offers redefined roadside diner fare and world desert cuisine. Open every day 7am - 10pm.
The Amigo Room is our hideaway bar. It’s back in action with a fresh look serving classics with character— just good drinks and good company. Open 4pm - 11pm, and until 1am on Friday & Saturday (Kitchen closes one hour earlier).
King's Highway Coffee Counter features La Colombe Coffee that's perfectly roasted and expertly brewed. Open every day 6am - 2pm.
Lounge poolside and order something salty, something sweet, and something with tequila, all without leaving your towel. Open every day, 7am-10pm
In Room Dining is also available, so order up King’s Highway favorites straight to your room. No shoes required. Available 7am-9:30pm by dialing 0.
